NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. -- Authorities said they arrested an 81-year-old on a DUI charge after he hit two people in New Port Richey. Jack Nelms is charged with driving under the influence. Authorities said he careened through the downtown area Thursday and hit two constructions workers.

A grant which helped to initially implement the DUI Court in Forsyth County more than a years ago has been awarded to the county for a third time.
