A Billings man accused of having a blood-alcohol measurement nearly four times the legal limit when his car struck a pickup truck was charged Friday with felony DUI.

BELLEFONTE — Centre County’s first DUI court could be up and running in the first quarter of 2008 as a pilot program designed not only to punish offenders but to treat the underlying addiction that led to their arrests, Centre County Judge Bradley P. Lunsford said.

PARADISE -- Two people were arrested and three were cited at a DUI checkpoint Friday night in Paradise.
