The Highway Patrol charged Patrick Allen McElwain with felony DUI from an incident in March 2006. A judge sentenced McElwain to 5 years in prison Tuesday in general sessions court in Conway. McElwain bonded out of jail the day following his arrest in 2006, according to jailors. Jailors booked McElwain into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center Tuesday evening to begin his sentence.
