Kemper County woman gets 6 years for DUI accident death A Kemper County woman will serve six years in prison for DUI manslaughter in a 2006 fatal accident. Sarah Hudspeth was sentenced Friday in Lauderdale County Circuit Court. She was sentenced to 20 years in prison with 14 years suspended and five years probation after her release from prison.
