Sunday, May 20th:

Checkpoints garner DUI arrest, citations (The Bismarck Tribune) Sobriety checkpoints in Burleigh and Morton counties netted one DUI arrest in Burleigh County and 11 other citations in Morton County. The North Dakota Highway Patrol and the sheriffs' offices of each county conducted the checkpoints.
Saturday, May 19th:
Man Gets 10-Year Term for DUI Death (The Signal) SAN FERNANDO - Six months after the death of Saugus High School graduate Jerrod W. Miyaki following an early morning DUI collision, Steve Chiang, 25, was sentenced to 10 years in a state prison after pleading no contest to felony charges of gross vehicular manslaughter.

Man jailed for 4 DUI offenses in 6 weeks (The Sentinel) An Orrstown man remains in Franklin County Jail today after he was charged Sunday with his fourth DUI offense in the past six weeks.
Tuesday, May 15th:
Weekend DUI sweep brings 45 arrests (Tucson Citizen) Southern Arizona DUI Task Force officers stopped 1,383 motorists Friday and Saturday nights, arresting 45 of them on suspicion of drunken driving, the task force said in a summary.
Monday, May 14th:
