Surprise police to host DUI enforcement effort (The Arizona Republic) Surprise police will be out in force tonight, along with officers from other Valley agencies, searching for impaired motorists, authorities said. The eight-hour effort will start at 7 p.m. and is part of of a saturation patrol involving the West Valley DUI Task Force.
