    Our justice system can be curiously inconsistent. Take, for instance, the case of two habitual drunk drivers. One comes from a well-known local family. The other is an obscure 65-year-old man. Both caused injuries after getting behind the wheel intoxicated. Both had multiple prior offenses. Both pleaded no contest to felony DUI.
