Halloween DUI Task Force makes 13 arrests Tempe police made 13 arrests during their Halloween DUI Task Force. Five of them were for extreme drunk driving, police said.
Thursday, November 1st:
Some lawmakers profitting from current DUI laws Gov. Mark Sanford and Solicitor Trey Gowdy of Spartanburg pushed for passage of a DUI bill today and accused some lawmakers of profiting from the current DUI law. Sanford, Gowdy, law enforcement officials and members of Mothers Against Drunk Driving held a press conference today about the issue.
