Nev. Man Out on Bail After DUI Arrest Found Drinking 12-Pack of Beer on Courthouse Lawn

RAPID CITY -- Authorities made seven arrests for DUI and four arrests for drug violations Friday night in two traffic checkpoints by the Rapid City Police Department and the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office.

A 53-year-old Lake Park man was arrested Sunday on a DUI charge. According to the report, police noticed him driving erratically on Royal Poinciana Way near the Flagler Bridge shortly before 3 a.m.

BERLIN — A Mardela Springs man faces DUI charges after he allegedly lost control of his vehicle on westbound Route 50 near Hall Road Tuesday night, crashed into the trees in the median and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
