Easton police say an off-duty police officer who drank beer, vodka and tequila before crashing into a convenience store will be cited for speeding and reckless driving but not DUI.
DUI charges Jason Seevers, 27, of 11 Sixth St., Midland, around 3:30 a.m. Sept. 6 in the 800 block of Penn Avenue in Midland. Borough police reported a blood-alcohol level of 0.222 percent.
