    A Lexington man was injured in a one-vehicle collision Sunday and charged with DUI after he received medical treatment. According to a report filed by Taylor County Sheriff's Deputy Rodney Cox, Michael Harvey, 49, of 2170 Fort Harrods Drive was driving a 1987 Chrysler on KY 210 at about 10 p.m.

    The ex-wife of former State Senator John Ford is out on bond following a DUI arrest. Tamara Mitchell Ford was apologetic as she left the Collierville jail. It is the second time in seven months that Mitchell Ford has spent the night in the Collierville Jail. Only this time her 2-year-old child was with her.
