A North Georgia judge arrested for drunk driving is going to jail. Chattooga County Judge Carlton Vines pleaded guilty to DUI Friday. He paid a $1500 fine and was sentenced to 72 hours behind bars. The judge also ordered Vines to complete 240 hours of community service.
