    The Wichita Police Department is stepping up its DUI enforcement starting tonight in west Wichita for a new campaign, "Point 08 on 08-08-08." The campaign kicks off at 11 p.m. and runs until 3 a.m. Saturday. Officers are targeting drivers whose blood alcohol content is above the .08 percent legal limit.
