Man Facing DUI Charge for Crash That Killed JSO Officer
A man is facing DUI charge for a crash that killed a Jacksonville police officer. 57-year old Joseph May was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol and booked into the Duval County Jail. Investigators say his blood alcohol level was .20 at the time of the crash.

Talbotton City Councilman Frederick Bernard Cotton was ordered to begin serving 25 weekends in the Talbot County Jail at 6 p.m. Friday after he pleaded guilty Monday under a negotiated plea to a DUI charge he received March 31, 2007.

SANTA CRUZ -- A Scotts Valley man in critical condition at a San Jose hospital will be arrested for felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter in connection with a Sunday head-on collision that killed a Mill Valley mother and left her two children and husband in critical condition, according to the California Highway Patrol.
