WTAE in Pittsburgh is reporting that Kurt Angle will be going to trial for DUI and careless driving, stemming from his arrest on September 28, 2007. He appeared at a preliminary hearing in town today and was ordered to stand trial by District Judge Mary Murray. No trial date has been set yet.
Kemmley Frazier was not driving a car when she was arrested on a DUI charge early Monday morning. The Dalton woman was riding her bicycle on the wrong side of the road on May Street when she was stopped by a Dalton police officer, according to a police department report.
