Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon will enter a plea Feb. 5 on charges of driving under the influence. The former Oilers' quarterback was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
- Saturday, January 26th:
DUI charges filed against woman with 3 teen passengers
The 33-year-old woman whose minivan collided with a tractor-trailer on Route 202 on Jan. 14 has been charged with DUI, according to police.
- Friday, January 25th:
Man, 19, accused of DUI at police headquarters
Police arrested a 19-year-old from Hobe Sound on a DUI charge, accusing him of driving into the secure parking lot at police headquarters and nearly hitting a sergeant.

Former Virginia Tech student indicted on three felony DUI related charges
A former Virginia Tech student accused of running her car into a crowd of people is headed to trial. Mary Elizabeth Bowen was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday on three felony DUI related charges.
- Wednesday, January 23rd:
Lawmaker wants to expand misdemeanor drug, DUI courts
A House Republican wants Idaho to spend $2 million to create an additional 275 seats in misdemeanor drug and DUI courts. The funding would help stop minor offenders from sliding into more serious substance-abuse related crimes.
- Tuesday, January 22nd:
Carbon man gets house arrest in extreme DUI
Brian Rafferty had a blood-alcohol 7 times the legal limit when tested after a traffic stop. A Carbon County man caught driving with a potentially deadly blood-alcohol level last year was sentenced Monday to house arrest and got encouragement from a judge for addressing his drinking problem.
