    The St. Charles Police Department will be conducting a two-week enforcement period in connection with the Traffic Safety Campaign "You Drink and Drive, You Lose" beginning March 31. Off-duty St. Charles officers will be hired back to conduct additional DUI enforcement with an emphasis on speeding and safety belt violations. Call (630) 377-4435.
