State police conducted a roving DUI patrol in Perry County from Saturday to Sunday and made five DUI arrests and two drug and paraphernalia arrests, according to state police at Newport.

William Price, 29, of 219 Mahoney Ave., Ellport, was taken into custody around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday by Ellwood City police on a warrant on charges of delivery of controlled substances, issued April 2 as part of a drug sweep coordinated by Lawrence County District Attorney John Bongivengo.

A 53-year-old man with a pending felony drunken-driving charge in Big Horn County was charged Monday in Yellowstone County District Court with a new DUI offense.

A man was charged with a felony driving under the influence offense Friday after he was arrested in Laurel and allegedly threatened an officer and tried to fake a medical problem. Timothy Jerome Goggins, 48, was charged in Justice Court with his sixth DUI. Judge Pro Tem Kris Copenhaver set bond at $10,000 and ordered Goggins to appear in District Court on April 14.
