    A Northwest Side man was charged with a DUI after rear-ending a Chicago Police officer Saturday night. Emergency crews responded to the accident on the 3800 block of West Lawrence Avenue about 8 p.m., according to Fire Media Affairs Director Larry Langford. Stefan Gherguta, 33, of the 3900 block of West Argyle Street, was charged with DUI after rear-ending an unmarked squad car, police said. ...

  • DUI suspect nabbed after running from police
    A man who led Vacaville police on a brief chase through the city on Saturday was subsequently arrested on suspicion of DUI.Around 3:30 a.m., an officer attempted a traffic stop on Marshall Road near Vanden Road. The suspect, 19-year-old Fairfield resident Sunny Gill, failed to stop and instead sped off onto Leisure Town Road and into Fairfield, police said.
