A car westbound on Greenspot Road appraching Club View Avenue hit the center divider and turned over at about 1:45 a.m. today (Thursday, July 2). Investigators identified the driver as William Pierson, who was arrested for driving under the influence. His 17-year-old brother was a passenger.
