During the week of May 26, 2009, through June 1, 2009, Big Island police arrested 25 motorists for drunk driving. Five of the drivers were involved in a traffic crash. Three were under the age of 21.
A Missoula man with three previous convictions for drunken driving was arrested for the fourth time early Sunday morning. Missoula police along with emergency medical crews were called early Sunday to 300 Burlington Ave., where they found Kasey Richter passed out behind the wheel of his car.
