    A Vicksburg man was arrested Wednesday and charged with third-offense felony DUI. Derrick L. Brown, 31, 203 Signal Hill Drive, was arrested by Vicksburg Police at 11 a.m. Wednesday, jail records said. He was released on $5,000 bond.
