On September 5, 2009 the Reedley Police Department hosted a Multi-Agency DUI checkpoint in the 900 block of E. Manning and the 600 block of “I” St. in the City of Reedley from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The executive director of the Collier County Education Association was arrested Monday and charged with DUI property damage and his second DUI in five years, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Jonathan Tuttle, 43, flipped his 1996 Ford Explorer on Goodlette-Frank Road just after 10 p.m. Monday, his arrest report states.

MESA -- There are serious questions about how a Valley man who was arrested for extreme DUI was able to get back behind the wheel the very same day to lead police on a high-speed chase.

The North Central Regional DUI Program has announced Sobriety Checkpoints and Roving Patrols will be conducted during the weeks of Sept. 8, through Oct. 3, throughout Carbon County.

Sept. 3, 12:10 a.m. — Responding to reports of an assault at Bath and Montecito streets, officers discovered a 40-year-old man with serious facial injuries, including a possibly fractured jaw.
