    DUI Pedestrian Humberto Ramirez, 27, of Simmonsville Road, died at MUSC on Aug. 11 after running in front of a car in the dark on U.S. 278 near Simmonsville Road, authorities said. The driver in that collision was not charged because she didn’t commit any traffic or criminal offenses, police said.
