    CHESAPEAKE A Circuit Court judge today sentenced a Virginia Beach woman to 4-1/2 years behind bars for maiming a man in a June 2008 drunken driving accident. Circuit Court Judge Marjorie A.T. Arrington sentenced Betty Faye Torres, 48-year-old mother of three and Navy veteran, for her third DUI conviction and seriously injuring a Virginia Beach man. Torres was also fined $3,000.
